CHRISTMAS SURVEY: New Rasmussen Reports telephone survey finds that 92% of all Adults celebrate Christmas in their family. Six percent (6%) do not. (To see survey question wording, click here.) Of those who celebrate the day, nearly two-thirds (65%) regard it as a religious holiday. Twenty-eight percent (28%) say they celebrate Christmas as a secular holiday. That’s unchanged from the last two holiday seasons. Among those who do not celebrate Christmas in their family, 25% say they celebrate some other holiday like Hanukkah. Sixty-six percent (66%) do not celebrate any other holiday at this time of year.
