Bonehead Tip of the Day: No matter the facts or the reality, blame the other side. That is, the side other than you take.

Notes. It must NOT be the "Season of the Witch" as it debuts in third. However, not real surprising since it was set for a March 2010 release. Now, dump it during award season. With that written, "True Grit" jumps to No.1 after being out for a while. Not bad for a movie that may squeak into the Best Picture category. I said just might. I would not be upset if it did. "Country Strong" not that strong as it rolls into more theaters, but truly has a niche audience that may keep it going. A head's up, remember, the Critic's Choice Awards will be handed out Friday. "Black Swan" leads the way with the most nominations. The Golden Globes are Sunday and we are off and officially running. No, I do not count the People's Choice Awards in this bunch.
Trivia: I have been told that mosquitoes love to bite people that have just eaten a banana. Me too. I'm not sure if they use their 47 teeth or just settle for that stinger. A 200-pound man can, if he wants to, stand on an ostrich egg and it would not break. Why he would want to if for another day. Not all boomerangs are designed to return. Mark Twain, who is getting a makeover of sorts, did not lecture in those white suits we often see him (or actors, etc.) in. He didn't start wearing those until he got in his 70s
Closer: Tone down the rhetoric. That will never completely happen. Thomas Paine's "Common Sense" was released on this day.
