Next court appearance in early January. UPDATE: Dec 9: William Curl, court. Suspect in murder of NIU student Toni Keller. Evidence turned over. Issues raised about mental health and education. So, again, how could he pull this off alone? No ID of body still. Shoes found in landfill. DNA tests underway. He said clothes and shoes had blood on them so he tossed them out.
- He allegedlly described murder but info not released. Did he have help? Accelerant? How? How was he able to obtain apartment in which he lived? How big was this fire and when reported why did noone check?
- Burnt remains still not positively identified as Keller.
RANSOM, IL: Search called off for missing woman after car crash killed husband. Missing person status now. Footprints lead away from scene, then vanish. What aren't they telling us on this?
UPDATE Dec. 17, 2010: reports from radio station WSDR and other outlets has husband's blood alcohol level at .266 when he struck the utility pole. The wife, it has also been confirmed, had filed for divorce.
