Mike Allen, Politico: BILL CLINTON has finished writing "BACK TO WORK: Why We Need Smart Government for a Strong Economy," out Nov. 8 from Alfred A. Knopf. We're told the 208-pager will be a powerful, supportive voice for President Obama and the Democratic Party, while offering blunter prescriptions than a sitting president would be able to advocate. The former president had been keeping notes for many months, and wrote the manuscript over the spring and summer.
